BDD GmbH, a spin-off of the CCDRD GmbH, was established as financial and control structure to manage the financial part of drug development and clinical research projects within the BDD/CDRD group and for cooperating companies like CCDRD AG and the software developer imphar AG. The turnover and assets that have been managed in the process recently were higher than 10 million €.

Due to the transfer of the major research activity to Sweden and other European countries, the activities were more and more focused on services for co-operation partners, so that BDD is henceforth established as an independent service company that manages estates and liquid assets and offers financial services based on the know-how acquired over 18 years in the financial management of research projects.

In addition to your counterparts Dr. R-G Alken, Mr. C. Beilicke (MBA) and Mr. A. Hidde (tax accountant), longstanding cooperation partners are available for example at BDO or Öhrlings PriceWaterhouseCoopers, which could be involved in special cases.
